YOUR EVERYDAY EYE HEALTH

Eye exams in Forest Hills

A comprehensive eye exam checks your vision and the health of your eyes. At our Austin Street practice, the visit starts with your history, your concerns, and how you use your vision each day.

Request online with Weave. Your visit is scheduled once confirmed.

INFORMED, PERSONAL CARE

More than a prescription.

Your doctor evaluates how clearly you see, how your eyes work together, and the health of the front and back of your eyes. Your visit may include eye pressure measurements and a review of your medical and vision history.

When your vision or routine changes

Trouble seeing the board, difficulty with small print, or a prescription that no longer feels right are useful reasons to arrange a visit. Tell the office about any new symptoms when you call so the team can guide your next step.

Your history helps shape your exam

Let your doctor know about previous eye diagnoses, surgery, medications, and conditions such as diabetes. The evaluation and any additional testing are chosen for your needs; the same tests are not necessary for every patient.

Leave with an understandable plan

Your doctor explains the findings and any recommended prescription, additional evaluation, or follow-up. If you are considering contacts, mention it before the visit because a contact lens fitting is a separate service.

Before your visit

Bring your current glasses or contact lens information, a medication list, and your insurance cards. Tell your doctor about changes in your vision and how you use your eyes day to day.
